Brockden is being built for parents who are representing themselves in family court in England and Wales: to keep a dated record, understand each stage, and get ready for hearings. It gives legal information, not legal advice.
30 founding places. Founding members get Brockden Pro free for 12 months from 14 December 2026. No card is needed. In return, we ask for about 20 minutes of honest feedback a month for the first three months. Near the end of the 12 months we'll offer you half price on Pro for as long as you stay subscribed; you only pay if you choose to.
Applications close on Friday 4 December. We choose founding members to cover different situations, so not everyone who applies will get a place.

To apply, email us with the subject "Founding place" and answer these six questions. Please don't include anything about your case, the other parent or your children – we don't need it and won't keep it.
- Your first name, or what you'd like us to call you.
- Which fits best: no court case yet but keeping records / in court now / an existing order isn't being followed / rebuilding contact after time apart / grandparent or other family / something else.
- If you're in court now: is your court using the new Child Focused Model? (yes / no / not sure)
- Will you mostly use a phone, a computer or both? Would you use a Telegram bot?
- Can you give about 20 minutes of feedback a month for the first three months, by short call or in writing?
